Instructions

    Step 1: Select Mold and Arch

  • The Denture Arch - Step 2

    Step 2: Align and Position

    Align and ideally position the mandibular or maxillary arch
  • The Denture Arch - Step 3

    Step 3: Heat and Form Arch

    To change arch form, place in hot water (175°C) for three minutes and then re-form
  • The Denture Arch - Step 4

    Step 4: Form Opposing Arch

    After re-forming one arch and confirming its new position, repeat the same step with the opposing arch
  • The Denture Arch - Step 5

    Step 5: Check Positioning

    Check occlusional spacing, positioning, midline, and incisal length
  • The Denture Arch - Step 6

    Step 6: Wax Arches to Base

    Wax one arch to the base and then do the same to the opposing arch

    Step 7: Flask and Process Dentures
